LIKON LAW would like to introduce the Monthly Legal Update in October 2021 with the following main contents:
- Decision No. 29/2021/QD-TTg prescribing special investment incentives takes effect as of October 06th, 2021;
- Decree No. 80/2021/ND-CP detailing and guiding articles of the Law on Support for Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) takes effect as of October 15th, 2021;
- Decree No. 93/2021/ND-CP regulating mobilization, receipt, distribution and use of sources of voluntary donations for patients and people to overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters, pandemics or serious incidents, will be effective from December 11th, 2021;
- The list of selected legal documents in October 2021.
