LIKON LAW would like to introduce the Monthly Legal Update in September 2021 with the following main contents:
- Decree No. 69/2021/ND-CP regulates renovation and reconstruction of apartment buildings, which takes effect as of 01st September 2021;
- Circular No. 14/2021/TT-NHNN amends Circular No. 01/2020/TT-NHNN dated 13th March 2020 of the State Bank of Vietnam providing instructions for credit institutions and foreign-licensed branch banks (FBB) on debt rescheduling, exemptions or reduction of interest and fees, retention of debt category to assist borrowers affected by COVID-19 pandemic, which takes effect as of 07th September 2021;
- Decree No. 70/2021/ND-CP amends Decree No. 181/2013/ND-CP dated 14th November 2013 of the Government detailing some articles of the Law on Advertising, which takes effect as of 15th September 2021;
- The list of selected legal documents in September 2021.
