Legal Updates Issue No. 01| November 2021

Circular No. 09/2021/TT-BLDTBXH amending Circular No. 08/2020/TT-BLĐTBXH guiding the protection of employment’s status of denouncers working under labor contracts, takes effect as of November 01 st , 2021;
Circular No. 15/2021/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing Circular No.16/2012/TT-NHNN providing instructions to Decree No. 24/2012/NĐ-CP on management of gold business activities, takes effect as of November 20 th , 2021;
Circular No. 09/2021/TT-BKHĐT guiding for selecting investors to implement investment projects in the form of public-private partnership and land-using investment projects, takes effect as of January 01 st , 2022;
Decree No. 102/2021/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decrees on penalty for administrative violation in the fields of taxation, invoice, and customs; insurance business, lottery business; management and use of state-owned properties, thrift practice and waste combat, national reserve and state treasury audit; independent audit takes effect as of January 01 st , 2022;
